Please note that only those retailers who have been authorized by us (Love Merci North America) are allowed to set up warranty service or claims.  We will not honor warranty or service claims if your Merci product was purchased from an unauthorized seller (online or otherwise).

FAKE FAIRY WANDS

We’ve noticed an influx of fake Fairy goods from all over the world in the last year.  It is important to recognize that these products are not manufacturered by us (regardless of what they say or state) and as such do not carry any certificate of authenticity or warranty.  More importantly, these products have been tested by us and have been shown to break down quickly or even catch on fire due to their poor quality control.

The most egregious offender are the sellers on Amazon.com.  We have NO authorized retailers or clients selling the Fairy wand massagers on Amazon.

The next in line would be Alibaba.  There are “contacts” who have even claimed to us, that they are the manufacturer our product.
